When @johngymnast came to @ethos_fit he was coming off the back of numerous injuries and feeling down in the dumps about his physical abilities. ➖ We set to work on helping him define his goals and breaking them down into manageable and actionable tasks. Genetics.🧬 The list goes on. ➖ Competence is highly dependent on context. What might seem simple to one person, is someone else’s nemesis. AND THAT’S OK! We don’t all have to be the same. The Double Rack Front Squat: ➖ This is an excellent squat variation that is challenging on multiple levels and allows you to hold more weight in a strong position.
