Location:

We are located at 477 Harrison Ave in the Jordan Lofts

 

When to arrive: 

We suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of your class or private session.

What to wear:

Clothing: Please wear comfy clothes that you are able to move in.  Please do not wear jeans.   

On your feet: Bare feet are recommended for members. If you would like to wear shoes, we suggest a minimal soled shoe such as Inov-8, New Balance Minimus or Vibram 5 fingers. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the gym.  

What else to bring:

Water or water bottle.  We have a water cooler, but do not provide cups as we try to be environmentally friendly.  Ethos branded water bottles are available for purchase. 

We have small towels, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Additional services provided: 

We have a shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap.  We also have bath towels.

Parking:

Visitor street parking (2 hour limit) is available on Harrison Avenue, as well as on Randolph St, which intersects with Harrison Avenue directly in front of our facility. There is metered parking available along Albany Street, which runs parallel to Harrison Avenue and is a 3-5 minute walk to our facility.

Paid parking is available for $2.50/hour at the GTI lot located under the I-93 overpass, directly across the street from Rotch Playground (Randolph Street) - about a 2-3 minute walk from our facility.

Public Transportation:

Orange Line: Tufts Medical (5 minute walk), Back Bay (8-10 minute walk)

Red Line: Broadway stop, 5 minute walk down East Berkeley Street, take left at Harrison Ave

Silver line: SL4 and SL5

Buses that stop nearby, < 5 minute walk: 9, 10, 11, 15, 47, SL4, SL5

Ethos Fitness + Performance Policies:

Cancellation Policy:

Personal training sessions: 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of a training session made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session rate and forfeit that session. 

Small group training: Any small group training session cancelled within 12 hours of session start time will result in a forfeit of the session or a charge of $15 for unlimited training members.

Billing cancellation: We require 30 days written notice to cancel recurring training/small group training packages/memberships.

**Both our personal training and unlimited small group membership options are "auto-renewing/recurring" billing options that run every 28 days/ 4 weeks from the day of sign-up. If you wish to cancel your personal training or small group training membership option, we require 30 days written notice. If you were to cancel midway through a billing cycle, the next bill will be pro-rated to reflect. 

  • Unlimited packages can not be paused or extended. 10 day written must be given to suspend auto-renewed billing.

  • If you wish to suspend your billing cycle, membership can be paused for a minimum of 28 days and maximum of 84 days. There is a $15 fee for suspending any auto-renewing/recurring package. Each suspension period of 28 days serves to extend my contract period by 28 days in the future

Your privacy is important to us. It is Ethos’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

Other Policies:

We expect every member to be kind, supportive, and encouraging of all members.

A billing period is 28 days (4 weeks). Auto billing charges will run every 28 days.

Small Group Training sign-up window is 10 days before and up to 1 hour before class starts.

Small group training requires a minimum of 3 members to be registered in order for class to be held. Class may be cancelled if there are less than 3 members registered 12 hours before the class starts.

Any Personal training or Semi-Private Training sessions will be forfeited if the member is more than 15 minutes late without notifying the coach.
