Using a mixture of kettlebells, barbells and bodyweight training to help you move better, and grow stronger, leaner and happier.
We start new members off with a complementary consultation. This allows us to get to know you, your goals, tendencies, exercise and injury history and make the best program recommendations going forward. During the session we will complete a movement screen and conditioning assessment to know where we are starting from and what steps to take next. Whether you are just getting into training, or are a seasoned pro, discussing your goals, checking your movement and mapping out your path to success is a must.
After your consultation session, your coach will advise you on the best ways to achieve your desired results. If you are looking for the attention and accountability of a personal trainer, then we have a variety of options for you to choose from. Whether you train 1x, 2x or 3x per week, your individualized training program is designed to get you to your goals quickly, safely and with the learning experienced needed to create confidence and independence around your training for years to come.

Kettlebell Academy is where all new class members begin. 1 coach to a maximum of 8 students. Whether you are a pro with the bells or a first timer, we require that everyone take 4 Academy classes to learn and clean up the fundamental exercises that make the kettlebell such an effective tool. In these 4 sessions we learn and refine the swing, squat, press, clean and turkish get-up (click on the links for the technique standards). Make no mistake, the fundamentals class is no walk in the park. Seasoned members use these sessions also, tightening up and studying their foundations. Learning these movements allow your coach to safely and confidently move you into any of our other classes. We have Kettlebell on-boarding sessions twice weekly and these sessions are for NEW MEMBERS ONLY*.

Injury-proof your ankles, knees, & hips + create rock-solid abs in our 30 Minute Flexibility Academy class. This class focuses on joint, hip, and trunk strength & conditioning to create a pain-free, ab-tastic you! Developing bodyweight strength creates independence for your travel workouts, when your hotel has no gym, or you want to train on the beach. Develop balance, control and unreal strength all by better moving your body.
Our Team class structure takes your newly learned skills to the next level. With a progressing program and variety of formats, the Team program is our daily go to for a strong and safe training session.
Team Strength is our program that focuses on getting your body stronger and leaner using kettlebells, bodyweight and barbells. Your coach starts each session by explaining the program to you, its goals, movements and expectations before instructing you through the session. Designed to build a strong foundation of movement, strength and control in to your training, Team Strength is a must attend class.
Team MetCon is designed to stoke the metabolic fire whilst putting your endurance to the test. MetCon stands for metabolic conditioning and as such is created to challenge the metabolism and condition the body to deal with cardiovascular and muscular demands. We add some fun tools like battle-ropes, medicine balls and air-bikes to the mix to get you lean as well as strong. Team MetCon is always a community favorite.
After a solid week of building skill, strength and endurance, the body ALWAYS needs some TLC. Team 360 offers just that. It is important to remember "it is not training that makes us strong, it is recovery from training that gives us our results". A holistic approach to recovery, mobility, flexibility is the foundation of this class. It is followed by some strength practice and active recovery conditioning to leave your body feeling refreshed and uplifted. Team 360 is an essential and our members never miss it.
Our class programs are designed to offer progressive, safe, and supportive long term approach to health and fitness. We offer a variety of class pack options to suit everyones needs that support long term success.
We take a long term approach to health and fitness, which is why we offer 3, 6, and 12 month membership options. Using progressive strategies over the long haul promises better, longer lasting results.
Personal training sessions: 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session rate and forfeit that session.
Class: Any class cancelled within 12 hours of class start will result in a forfeit of the class or a charge of $7 for unlimited class package members.
Billing cancellation: We require 30 days written notice to cancel recurring training/class packages.
10 day written must be given to suspend auto-renewed billing. If you wish to suspend your membership, it can be paused for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days and there is a $15 fee for suspending any contract package.
