Our most popular membership option

Our most popular program blends the camaraderie of small group training with the individual attention and coaching of personal training. With 1 coach and a maximum of 3 members, you’ll be working from an individualized, challenging training program designed specifically around your goals. In addition, you will have monthly feedback with your coach to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.


Our most personal approach includes an individualized, challenging training program designed specifically around your goals, as well as weekly check-ins with your coach on nutrition and recovery techniques to make sure you are getting the most out of your efforts in the gym.

We start new members with a complementary strategy session. This allows us to get to know you, your goals, tendencies, exercise and injury history, and make the best program recommendations going forward. During the session we will complete a movement screen and conditioning assessment to know where we are starting from and what steps to take next.  Whether you are just getting into training or are a seasoned pro, discussing your goals, checking your movement, and mapping out your path to success, is a must. 


Our small group training is a scalable and challenging training program designed to accommodate newcomers and experienced trainees alike. With 1 coach and a max of 8 members, you’ll work through challenging versions of the foundational human movements, using a variety of tools such as kettlebells, barbells, battle ropes and more, to create a fun and challenging group setting that gets results.


Team Strength focuses on getting your body stronger and leaner using kettlebells, bodyweight, and barbells. Your coach starts each session by explaining the program to you, its purpose, movements, and expectations so that you can get the most out of your training with top notch coaching.



Team MetCon is designed to develop both strength and endurance. “MetCon” stands for metabolic conditioning, and as such, is created to challenge the metabolism and condition the body to deal with cardiovascular and muscular demands through the use of tools like battle-ropes, ski-ergs, and air-bikes.


A holistic approach to the 3 pillars of mobility, strength, and conditioning, Team 360 develops superior results using the FRC and Kinstretch methodology. Improved mobility leads to greater resilience, strength, and conditioning, so you can move better, train better, and get better results.
