Personal Training

Our most personal approach includes an individualized, challenging training program designed specifically around your goals, as well as weekly check-ins with your coach on nutrition and recovery techniques to make sure you are getting the most out of your efforts in the gym.

We start new members off with a complementary strategy session. This allows us to get to know you, your goals, tendencies, exercise and injury history and make the best program recommendations going forward. During the session we will complete a movement screen and conditioning assessment to know where we are starting from and what steps to take next.  Whether you are just getting into training, or are a seasoned pro, discussing your goals, checking your movement and mapping out your path to success is a must. 


Our most popular program blends the camaraderie of a small group with individual attention and coaching of personal training. 1 coach and a maximum of 3 members, you’ll be working from an individualized, challenging training program designed specifically around your goals, as well as monthly feedback with your coach to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.



Team Strength

Team Strength is a program that focuses on getting your body stronger and leaner using kettlebells, bodyweight and barbells. Your coach starts each session by explaining the program to you, its goals, movements and expectations before instructing you through the session. Designed to build a strong foundation of movement, strength and control in to your training, Team Strength is a must have!


Team MetCon

Team MetCon is designed to stoke the metabolic fire whilst putting your endurance to the test. MetCon stands for metabolic conditioning and as such is created to challenge the metabolism and condition the body to deal with cardiovascular and muscular demands. We add some fun tools like battle-ropes, plyometrics and air-bikes to the mix to get you lean as well as strong. Team MetCon is always a community favorite.

Team 360

After a solid week of building skill, strength and endurance, the body ALWAYS needs some TLC. Our Team 360 program offers just that. It is important to remember "it is not training that makes us strong, it is recovery from training that gives us our results". A holistic approach to recovery, mobility, flexibility is the foundation of this program. It is followed by some strength practice and active recovery conditioning to leave your body feeling refreshed and uplifted. Team 360 is an essential and our members never miss it.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Personal training sessions: 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session rate and forfeit that session.  

  • Small group training: Any Small group training session cancelled within 12 hours of start time will result in a forfeit of the session or a charge of $10 for unlimited  membership holders.

  • Billing cancellation: We require 30 days written notice to cancel recurring training/small group packages and memberships.
    10 day written must be given to suspend auto-renewed billing. If you wish to suspend your membership, it can be paused for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days and there is a $15 fee for suspending any contract package.
