I personally have been fortunate enough to play soccer at both collegiate and semi-pro level, and can lay my continued success at the door of kettlebell training. Resisting injury, building greater strength and speed, developing better skills and techniques, and accomplishing my body composition goals all as a result of a complete kettlebell training program. Of course, we use a few other tools too, like barbells and bodyweight training to deliver the best results to our members, and I am proud to say that those that have travelled this path with me have seen equally great results.
For me, being a coach is kind of like being a great tour guide. I know my craft and I am passionate about developing that expertise for you. I will teach you the in’s and out’s of the subject matter at hand. I will help you navigate your journey and provide you with an accurate map to help you get to your chosen destination. I'll walk step by step with you on your journey and when needed, I’ll step in front of you to guide you or step behind you to give you a little push. As a coach I constantly teach and practice with and for my people, that is what makes me get up in the morning. Anyone can make you tired, but it takes a coach to make you better. Your health and fitness journey is YOUR journey and you know yourself better than anyone else. So I feel greatly privileged to be invited along for your ride and to provide that next level.

Growing up on Cape Cod, I have always led an active life. Throughout high school I played a variety of sports including softball and basketball, and was a competitive horse back rider. I continued to be very active while at the University of Vermont, where I graduated with a degree in Business Administration. During college I was introduced to kettlebells by a personal trainer. Kettlebell training not only changed me physically, but emotionally as well. I felt empowered to change my body through movements that made me feel strong and fit.
After graduation, I moved to Boston and worked at MIT Sloan School of Management. During that time, I continued to train with kettlebells and decided to complete the Strong First (SFG) Kettlebell Certification. After completing the certification, I decided to make a career change.
My passion to help my clients become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves is what drives me every day.
Bachelor of Science: Physical Education + Exercise Science
NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
I’ve had a passion for strength training ever since my journey began in a high school weight room, and I haven’t looked back since. Growing up I worked on a farm, and found that the work ethic and discipline gained there transferred well to training. My passion soon grew to helping others achieve their goals, and I started training local high school athletes in a make shift gym I set up in my basement.
This kickstarted a career in fitness that began at Bridgewater State University, where I studied exercise science and fell in love with competitive weightlifting. Since then I have worked and interned in multiple fitness settings including D1 collegiate strength and conditioning, a commercial gym, and also in a small studio setting.
Improving human performance is my passion, and making it fun while doing it is my priority. It is my goal to help you develop the skills and mindset to take control of every aspect of your life. This starts on the training floor, but permeates into every waking moment of your day. I truly believe that proper training can change a person’s life forever.
Work hard, be consistent, eat whole foods, surround yourself with great people, and never, ever stop learning.

Over the years I’ve played a number of sports including rugby & football; but my real passion has always been training – inside & outside the gym. I enjoy learning about, practicing, and coaching all kinds of fitness through movement; especially those involving kettlebells, barbells, sandbags, and just your own bodyweight. I believe there’s nothing new or revolutionary when it comes to fitness – you just need a passionate coach to help guide you where you want to go and that’s why I love it.
In addition to training, my family & friends will also tell you I have a love for eating. I have embraced my minor obsession with food and turned it into a love for nutrition and cooking. There’s nothing better than whole, natural food, cooked right.
Prior to joining Ethos, my journey involved coaching and working with some amazing people as a part of the Strength & Conditioning staff of both the UMass Amherst - Olympic Sports team, and the USA Men’s National Rugby 7’s Team as they prepared for Rio. In addition I have been lucky enough to
coach with the Mens National Champion, Mystic River Rugby Club.
I’ve come to believe that best way to reach your goals is through an enjoyable process that you eventually come to love. As a coach I will give you 100% of my knowledge and effort to help you reach your training goals- whatever they may be.

As a former collegiate and professional athlete I have experienced the benefits of proper strength training, nutrition, and recovery. Now, as a coach, I aim to use my experience and knowledge to help you reach and exceed your goals.
The human body is an incredible and complex machine. Unfortunately, it does not come with a user manual. My passion is teaching others to optimize that machine, to learn how it operates, and to explore its capabilities.
I believe I can help others develop the skills to lead a full and healthy life while having fun along the way. Whether you are looking to run faster, jump higher, or lose some weight we will work as a team to get you there. Let’s add years to your life, and life to your years.
Molly is our gym mascot. She embodies our message to the world by welcoming everyone with a happy tail wag and by running a muck and having fun with her baseball! Molly holds no formal certification or experience as a kettlebell coach.
