About Ethos
Ethos is a personal training and small group training studio that believes everything is better when you are strong. Our mission is to help members find confidence and independence in their health and well-being. We work with all ages and demographics to help each person learn to safely strength train for a longer and healthier life.
We moved to this beautiful space in 2020 and had the opportunity to customize it from the studs. The entire gym is 3,400 sq feet, including a patio. We have nano doors that open on 1/2 of the gym, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 changing rooms, and a staff room. The space is open with turf and rubber flooring. We have rigs, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, Ski-ergs and 2 cable stacks.
Dedicated Training + Working Space
With 1,000 sq feet available you will have a dedicated area to train clients. You wont need to book space ahead of time or claim a spot before others get there. You can have up to 2 people training at the same time and the space will be available to you 24/7.
You will have access to both rubber and turf flooring, Rogue, Perform Better, and Titan equipment including, barbells, kettlebells, med-balls, rigs, ski-ergs, assault bikes, a sled, and a cable stack.
In addition, you’ll have access to a shared office so you won’t have to leave to get admin work done.
There is also plenty of space for content creation both inside and outside the gym!
Location
The gym is located in the SOWA district of the South End, an affluent and wellness-minded neighborhood.
Other tenants in the building include hair salons, daycare, financial firms, and residential units.
There is 2 hour parking surrounding the area as well as many lots to rent from. You and your clients won’t need to worry about finding parking or being late for a session due to no parking.
We are close to the red line and prudential center T stops making it a convenient location for all.
Rent
Rent will be a fixed , monthly rent with all utilities included- wifi, heat/AC, cleaning and maintenance.
Don’t worry about tracking hours and know your rent will be consistent so you can plan your business accordingly.
